This year the films I make will be getting up close with the carp. Valley pool and the carp that inhabit its depths lend themselves well to this. With its tricky narrow marginal shelf's dropping off into 28 feet the carp come in really close to feed. The water can be gin clear all the way down letting you and the carp see everything. The massive vertical wall in the north east corner that takes you up to the plateau in a mere 14 feet of water. It's moods and how the weather influences the carp... It's going to be a great adventure!
