The result of two days rehearsing recipes and filming. Vanilla, Berry and Ultimate fish meal popups. The basic popup recipe has four ingredients. The Berry popups have added Robin Red plus essential oils, the Salmon oil popups have added pre-digested fishmeal plus salmon oil and the Vanilla popups just the flavour. Tomorrow's filming will be balanced hookers and hard hookers then the day after, basemixs. Fishmeal, Birdfood and Milk. Should be enough to get you started!
