After a few nice fish during the night and that linear early morning I settle back to feed my empty stomach. Second breakfast, Porridge. Fishing the middle area of the lake paid off well and also allowed me to rest the reeds and tree line on the far bank. Tactics however must continue to be revised if I am to keep converting pickups into fish on the bank. With this in mind I set about cracking out a few more including one that had been eating my bait since I arrived.
