This is the last in the series of The Woolpack Lake 7 - Pike fishing and the last blog from the Woolpack, well at least for now.
It's the third week of November and late Autumn is giving way to Winter. The leaves are now falling fast as the winds build to srtip them bare. When I arrive at the lake there is a strong south-westerly blowing and so I head on down to the north-east corner right on the end of it.
As the day progresses I move down the bank until I reach the south bank swim where the weather in awesome style, ended it all very abruptly in just a matter of seconds.
