I'm currently editing together the two short day sessions I did in October 2017 and the one in January 2018 at Crystal lakes.
The best way to improve as an angler is to catch fish, to be able to get bites. To do this well takes practice and there is no better place than a runs water.
Here is a short quote from the film.
"This is why I like to come to run's fisheries it's a bit like match fishing.
I used to really enjoy my course fishing but I was never a match angler but I always admired them for their skills, tenacity and sheer determination to get a bite. And that's really what it's about. A lot of people forget when they go carp fishing that what you're really doing is just trying to get one bite at a time.
You know a lot of people go fishing and they expect to catch loads and loads of fish, well you can do sometimes on waters like this and even sometimes on the Woolpack, I've proved it myself. But most of the time, it's best to just start off real easy and just work your way in."
