It's my third week on Embryo anglings Cawcutts lake and another three day sessions. This week I concentrate on three swims on the main lake. The Pump & Busway 2 on the north bank and Arbury corner at the far end of the eastern corner. The weather although changeable is mostly sunny but a good wind on the lake helps negate this giving me a chance.
It's these early sessions with all the moving around that will hopefully stand me in good stead for the rest of the year so that whenever I arrive in a swim i'll know how to fish it.
Traveling light as I do means it's quick and simple to get the rods out fast with a little bait. Everything has been fully tested on my runs waters and elsewhere so I know the bait, rigs and lead system all perform the way I want them too and catch fish. So if I can get on the fish or get them on me then I reckon I should catch.
