I'll be on the rivers as soon as the spate (a sudden flood) is over trying to beat (or equal) this 5lb+ chub.
Might even take the handy cam and film some.
I've always wanted to film species other than carp. So if I do, I hope you appreciate them and it also fires some of you to get on our deserted rivers yourself.
My aim this year; try and find a big roach, something that seems rare nowadays.
Remember targets drive us, but they are not the be all, its the journey that matters.
