The carp in my syndicate continue their holiday for another two weeks so rather than um and er I have decided to visit an old haunt or two in the fens, just to stop me going stir crazy and perhaps nab a few fish. 10kg of mixer is packed because it's gonna be scorchio, the temperature is expected to hit 30 degrees and that is way hot! This is going to slow sport but id rather be sleeping by the bank than staring at four walls. Here is a pic from 1985 of a carp from one of the lakes i might decide to settle on.... and that t-shirt looks just the job.
