This weeks seventy-two hour session spent in quiet seclusion on lake eight flew by at the speed of light and tomorrow sees me back at work again counting off the days until i am back. Plenty of pieces fell into place this week and the rods as ever were active so a good session. Having now fished all the swims on the lake i feel it's time to settle on just a few for the rest of the year and try to string together some more results and perhaps get through to something really special. The weather as ever will play its part as will fishing pressure but the hard work i have put it should see me through.
