It's the last week of September 2015 and in the last two sessions the lake 8 carp have been very obliging with twelve of them hitting the back of the net. The weather over those sessions was good with low pressure systems moving over keeping it warm windy and wet. They have been responding well to the K-LO boilies too with plenty going in over the session. However this week there is a change in conditions with clearer skies and dropping night-time temperatures. So with this in mind and few bites expected I listen to my gut feeling, cut the bait down to a few handfuls and start to build the swim up slowly.
