It was around July 2013 when a fella named Chris Angell got in touch with me. He worked for Shimano at the time and was kind enough to send me some items of tackle, many of which I still use today.
Fast forward to 2016 and Chris is now managing Frisby lakes in Leicestershire (https://www.facebook.com/frisbylakescarp). Since we had kept in touch I felt it was a good opportunity to not only go and see this beneficiary of mine but also to fish his lake!
